NuEvo FG 1500

NuEvo is a versatile range of hammer mills designed for a wide variety of products. The mill is characterized by its good grinding performance in all screen types, high wear resistance, stable operation, good service conditions and safe operation.

The hammer mill can be used for grinding a wide range of materials in the feed, food, wood pellet, power/heat and chemical industries. By combining flails, number of hammers, screen hole diameter and screen illumination, it is possible to achieve the desired material structure.

  • Flanged bearing housings are made from machined steel and are therefore stronger than traditional cast iron bearing housings

  • The base frame is reinforced so that the turbine can be installed with a motor up to 455 kW
  • Newly engineered reinforced doors in 8.0 mm board
  • Replaceable wear parts in grinding chamber
  • Mill rotor suspended in heavy-duty bearings and bearing structures
